Create simple guidelines for development of standards and/or procedures related to the Company’s TPM activities in order to standardize all TPM activities within the Company especially at the Site Office.

Facilitate routine TPM Pillar meeting and provide guidance related TPM Pillar implementation.

Provide guidance related to TPM implementation to all employees in order to promote continuous improvement culture within the Company, corporate conversion, and audit such as 5S and AM

Prepare TPM promotion media in order to raise awareness and interests as to the benefits of TPM.

Facilitate supplies needed for AM and AO Pillar activities in order to ensure smooth TPM activities at the Site Office.

Provide training module, workshop and as trainer for TPM Pillar knowledge including focus improvement methodology and tools.

Assist problem solving activities especially for root cause analysis activities and purpose of actions including CCR cases.

Coordinate and facilitate TPM award assessment preparation and consultation including prepared record, report and documentation

Prepare Monthly TPM section activities progress report for MD

Real commitment towards all Management system implement in CAP; ensure that employees under his/her supervision are responsible for implementation of OHS Management, participate in all management system related key activities/ programs within the Company.

Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

1 years of similar working experience is preferred. However, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

Good communications & analytical thinking skill

Demonstrate good understanding about Total Productive Maintenance

Good in English skill both spoken & written

This position will be place at Site Office Cilegon
