Compensation & Benefit Strategy: Developing and executing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies in line with the company's overall goals & business objectives, principles, budget as well as market trends.

Rewards Program Development: Designing various rewards programs and other recognition initiatives. This includes conducting the study, designing the proposal, simulating the cost impact, preparing the communication strategy, as well as the program roll out.

Data Analytics: Using data and/or analytics to assess the effectiveness of existing rewards programs and making data-driven recommendations for opportunity for enhancement.

Budgeting and Cost Optimization: Ensuring that all rewards programs are within allocated budget and that budget for such programs are utilized effectively.

Managing Executive Remuneration: Ensuring that executive remuneration is well managed without any issue, while keeping up with market trends on executive remuneration.

Performance Management: Integrating rewards and recognition initiatives with the company's performance management system to link rewards to individual and team achievements.

Market Benchmark: Conducting research as well as analyzing industry trends and best practices in employee rewards & recognition to ensure competitiveness.

Policy and Compliance: Ensuring that all rewards programs are in line with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.

Vendor Management: Collaborating with external vendors, such as benefits providers, to support the implementation and administration of new rewards programs, if need arises.

Rewards Process Enhancement: Bringing improvements to Rewards processes and/or system as part of continuous improvement and more effective & efficient way-of-working.

We are currently recruiting new paid app testers to work on the WriteAppReviewsdotcom platform. These are remote positions, meaning that as long as you can work the required hours, you can work from home. The businesses that use our platform are all trying to expand the reach of their apps across all platforms and devices.

Roles: You will be required to download apps to your smartphone or tablet and test out all app features. You will then need to write a short review of your experience and list any faults.

Requirements: You need to have access to at least one of the following; iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphone, Android Tablet

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 - $35 per hour (Depending on the complexity of the app and detail required for the review)

Skills/background needed:

Must have access to a smartphone or tablet and know how to install and use apps.
